2. Production procedure
Raw materials preparation: crush lump lime with jaw crusher and then grind with dry ball mill, grind sand with wet ball mill to make slurry, store bulk cement in silo.
Batching & Mixing: weigh lime powder, cement, aluminum, gypsum powder and sand slurry, then mix them in pouring mixer ( casting mixer).
Pouring & Pre-curing:pour the mixture into mould when its temperature 45~48ºC, and then put mould into pre-curing room for 1.5~2hours.Mould strength will be 0.2~0.3Mpa after cured in Pre-curing room under the temperature 40~50ºC.
Demoulding & cutting: use the turning crane to demould mould frame via tilting 90°, and block will be carried together with side board for cutting ( horizontal cutting machine & vertical cutting machine.). Cutting is done by pneumatically tensioned cutting wires.
Grouping & Steam curing: The cut blocks are transported onto curing cart by grouping crane and put into autoclave. In the autoclave, the block will be cured for around 8 hours at the temperature of 190ºC and at the pressure of 1.3 Mpa.
Finished product crane transports dried block for packing, and mould side board and ferry cart return for next cycle production.
3. Advantages of AAC block
Great acoustic insulation: the porous structure of AAC block provides a high acoustic insulation, 10mm AAC wall could reduce 41db.
High fire resistance:most of raw materials of AAC are inorganic which have an extremely high fire resistance of at least 4 hours when AAC wall 10cm.
Extremely lightweight:AAC block porosity70%~85%, density is 500~700kg/m3, only
1/4of concrete block, 1/3 of clay brick,1/2 of hollow block, which reduce building self-weight.
High workability:AAC could be cut, sawn,drilled,nailed and milled,making construction work rapid
seismic resistance: the same structure, AAC building is 2 seismic resistance level higher than clay brick building
Excellent thermal insulation: AAC has a very low thermal conductivity and therefore a very high thermal energy efficiency is achieved. This results in cost savings for heating and cooling.
