Working Process
1. Begin by loading bagged or bulk garbage into the hopper with efficiency and ease.
2. Engage the spinning of the scraping plate on the feeder to initiate the process.
3. Lower the skateboard on the feeder to prepare for compression.
4. The scraping plate descends, expertly crushing the garbage to begin the compaction cycle.
5. With the skateboard sliding upward, garbage is compressed and squeezed into the designated gap between the plate and the push plate. This marks the start of a new garbage filling cycle. When loaded, the push board first moves into position to allow for loading. As resistance builds from the push plate cylinder's back pressure, only when the garbage's extrusion force exceeds the push plate's resistance does retraction occur, allowing garbage entry into the bin. This ensures initial compaction and uniform distribution of waste upon entry, with continuous loading and subsequent retraction further enhancing compaction.
6. Once loaded with garbage, transport the truck to a designated garbage station or treatment plant. Open the feeder to efficiently push the trash out of the garbage bin. After unloading, retract the push plate promptly and lock the feeder to complete the loading process seamlessly.
Easily open the rear cover and push the compressed garbage out with remarkable efficiency.
