QP600 Automatic hydraulic pressing machine
The equipment adopts a concealed high-frequency micro-vibration concrete feeding system, which makes concrete feeding more efficient. It can produce high-strength standard bricks with surface layer, pavement bricks, imitation stone bricks, etc. It adopts brand PLC control to realize the integration and automation of machine, electricity, and liquid.
Main technical features
1. Automation: The equipment adopts brand PLC control, realizes automatic operation, and can remotely monitor and troubleshoot problems.
2. Feeding material is more precise: the double-motor concrete feeding system controls the front and back feeding time of the same brick to achieve concrete feeding balance.
3. Low noise, faster and more uniform cloth: Equipped with vibrating table micro-vibration system to vibrate cloth more evenly and lower noise.
4. It can realize dry-process PC terrazzo.
